My first time was with him--one hot weekend with a handsome stranger. It was supposed to be a one-time thing, but he keeps asking me to meet him all over the world, and I keep saying yes.
I don't know anything about him except his first name. That's the way he likes it. He's too old for me, and he's hiding secrets, but I'm not going to be able to keep my heart out of it for long.

Although i did like this story and read it in just one day, i found it a little bland.
It was told from the woman (Gillian's) point of view and there was far too much introspection and not being happy with what she has.
Richard actually seems quite flat and only seems to exist to make Gillian happy, just one taste of her and he wants to be a better man and change.
I really did like that this was an older couple. Gillian in 32 and Richard is in his late 40's, that age difference meant little to me as my own husband is 13 years older than me.
I certainly was not blown away by this book, but it did help to pass t hours of another day in lockdown.
