We were introduced to Kat from the first book and even then we saw the potential fire between her and Cole.

Kat has been on the long con since she was born and is only just starting to set down roots, however she has always wanted Cole and has finally decided, with a house purchase on the horizon that she won't take no for an answer. She is finally stepping up to get what she wants.

However, things don't start off exactly as she plans especially when her dad turns up in trouble and needing her help in regards to a long con that will have deadly consequences if it goes wrong and could prove problematic for Kat as well.

Cole however has many demons in his past and is positive that he is not the man that should be with Kat however much he desires and has wanted Kat since he first set eyes on her.  However with Kat constantly pushing at his buttons, he finally relents, but only on his terms.

Its not long however until both find that they are sharing more than the chemistry that seems to ignite whenever they are together and are soon sharing things about them that they have not told anyone else before.

Its a really touch ing story with lots of very hot scenes that will heat you up and smile at the HEA that happens at the end.

A brilliant ending to the series with Mr Damien Stark thrown in for a cameo role.
