You gotta love a sexy ex-surfer turned business man who still has a rocking body.
Anne and Jake have been working together for 7 years, but for the last 2 years she has been in love with him. She has finally made the decision to move forward with her life, especially as Jake does not seem to reciprocate the feelings.
However just before a business trip she lays the big one on him. She hands in her notice which really seems to send her boss into shock. Every offer he gives she turns down, knowing that she can no longer work for the man she has wanted.
The trip out seems to affect both of them, both still in a tailspin after her big news, and brings out other emotions and feeling that have been long repressed.
We get good emotional feelings, lust, romance, misunderstandings and the good ole' HEA which we have come to expect from Noelle's books.
Its short, its sweet and leaves you smiling.
