Madison Daniels has worshipped her brother's best friend since they were kids. Everyone thinks she and Chase Gamble would make the perfect couple, but there are two major flaws in their logic. 1) Chase has sworn off relationships of any kind, and 2) after blurring the line between friends and lovers for one night four years ago, they can't stop bickering.
Forced together for her brother's wedding getaway, Chase and Madison decide to call a truce for the happy couple. Except all bets are off when they're forced to shack up in a tacky 70’s honeymoon suite and survive a multitude of "accidents" as the family tries to prove their "spark" can be used than for more than fighting. That is, if they don't strangle each other first…
My Opinion 3.5 STARS
A cute story where the girl (Maddi) has been in love with her brothers best friend Chase since forever. The thing is everyone has known it but Maddi hadn't known it was so obvious.
Chase's feelings for Maddi at lest since she was 21, however he always held her at a distance as he was afraid he was too much like his father and he would hurt her.
After a mix up, they find they are sharing a room with each other at her brothers wedding. Things get mixed up, spicy, confused and shaken up.
After an incredible night together Chase realises the it is Maddi that he wants. However he is not there when she wakes up and she thinks something else.
After a talk with both his elder brother and his best friend he goes for what he wants where Maddi can't walk away from him.
A quick but cute read, perfect for a rainy day or any day really! :)
